Bill Wasson
President and CEO
Bill is the founding vision behind Confederation Power. He led the formation of the company by attracting and assembling a team of professionals, while leading the ownership reorganization of an attractive portfolio of renewable power assets. He has been working with Confederation's renewable power portfolio since early 2006, having significantly expanded the corporation's pipeline of projects in that time. Bill has a background in corporate and investment banking, with over 20 years of financing, advisory and M&A experience. Prior to joining Confederation, Bill held a senior position at the investment dealer of a Schedule A Canadian bank, where he had extensive experience financing and advising a broad range of utilities, independent power producers, and corporations. Bill graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

Brian Robin, P.Eng., MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Brian is a civil engineer with over 20 years experience in prospecting, development planning, plant evaluation, engineering, budgeting, construction, and operations of hydroelectric plants. Recently, he has acted as an independent consultant to power producers, lenders, and utilities on a wide range of hydroelectric plants in British Columbia, Ontario and the Philippines. Previously, Brian held the position of Manager of Engineering for the hydro division of AEC West (formerly Conwest Exploration Company Ltd.), and Manager Small Hydro Group at a Consulting Engineering firm. Brian has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Rick King, CA, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Rick is a chartered accountant with over 18 years experience in accounting and finance with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private company financings, cross-border transactions and the application of complex accounting principles. Recently, he has acted as an independent consultant to a number of companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Rick held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Poscor Mill Services Corp., a privately owned metal recycler and Vice-President Finance of Magna International Inc. Prior to that, Rick was an Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP and its predecessor Arthur Andersen LLP. Rick has an MBA from McMaster University and a BSc. in Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario.

David Eva, CFA
SVP Corporate Development
David has been involved with the Confederation Power assets since 2004, most recently holding the position of Director with Quantum Leap Asset Management Ltd. Previously, he worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he served several of Canada's leading companies in the energy and natural resource sectors. David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and graduated with a BSc. (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
